New members can join:

1. By calling 1-800-878-9292 to submit their application and credit card information over the telephone. The referring member’s name and BMW CCA member number must be provided at the time the call is made.

2. By visiting the BMW CCA web site and submitting an application online. To receive credit, the referring member’s name and BMW CCA member number must be entered in the appropriate space on the online application form.
3. By mailing a membership application to the National Office. In order to receive credit, the referring member’s name and BMW CCA member number must be written on the application. Membership applications/BMW CCA brochures are available from the National Office by calling (864) 250-0022 or sending an e-mail to sschlossman@bmwcca.org.

Deadline, Procedures and Restrictions
In order to be counted, the National Office must receive all new member applications no later than December 31, 2022.

If referred by a current BMW CCA member, a new member application must contain the name and BMW CCA member number of the referring member in order for the referring member to receive credit. Credit may not be applied retroactively. If a new member cancels their membership within 30 days of joining, the referring individual will lose credit for that membership.

One night lodging provided for the one-day M School prizes is not to exceed $99/night, plus taxes, single occupancy.

If a new member is referred by a current associate member, the associate member will receive the $5.00 in BMW CCA bucks and be entered into the M School drawing.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the drawings, current BMW CCA members must be paid members in good standing through December 31, 2022 (that is, they may not be members by virtue of being “comped” by BMW CCA or a BMW CCA chapter). Members may not receive referral credit (drawing eligibility or BMW CCA bucks) for comped new members.

BMW CCA members who are members of the National Board of Directors, paid employees of BMW CCA, Roundel senior staff, and members of their immediate families or households are eligible for referral reward incentives, but are not eligible for prizes.

Please note that memberships purchased by dealers for their customers are not eligible. This exclusion is in effect even if a current BMW CCA member is listed on the application as a referrer. However, employees of BMW dealerships are eligible to win prizes and earn BMW CCA Bucks by referring members who purchase their own membership.

Referral credit will not be given to applications received without the referring member’s BMW CCA member number. BMW CCA members will be able to track their referrals by accessing their personal information through the BMW CCA web site.

BMW DREAM CAR RAFFLE RULES

Official Rules

DRAWING: The actual prize drawing will take place in Georgia this October following the conclusion of ticket sales.

TICKETS: Log on and visit the Raffle page to view your raffle ticket numbers at any time.

PROCEEDS: Proceeds of the Dream Car Raffle are used to offset the program-related expenses of the BMW Car Club of America that might otherwise be borne by our members.

RAFFLE RULES 

1. Void where prohibited by law. Tickets not available for purchase in South Carolina.
2. At the time of ticket purchase you must be an active Primary/Associate Member in good standing of the BMW Car Club of America, and be at least 18 years of age.
3. All checks for the individual entrants must be payable in U.S. funds only. Please do not combine checks for purchases of tickets by primary and associate members. Please do not combine checks for purchase of tickets with membership dues. Checks should be made payable to BMW CCA.
4. Prizes will be awarded based on MSRP as of May 1, 2022. Any price increase prior to delivery will be the responsibility of the winner. All taxes, license fees, options, and/or destination and dealer prep fees and all other fees and charges are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Prizes subject to availability. BMW CCA reserves the right to substitute a cash prize and/or BMW model of equal value. Federal taxes will be withheld. If a prize does not include a cash allotment for payment of federal taxes, a certified check made payable to the BMW CCA for required tax withholdings will have to be received prior to taking title to the prize.
6. Tickets will be issued only to the name listed in our membership file. Prizes will be awarded on the same basis. Winning tickets cannot be assigned, transferred, or sold.
7. Members of the Board of Directors, paid employees, contractors, and consultants of the BMW CCA, their immediate families and/or household may not participate in the raffle.
8. Requests for tickets, sent by mail, must be submitted on the official form. Tickets may also be purchased online at www.bmwcca.org/raffle.
9. Account numbers must be written on checks. Your account number may be found on the Manage Account page.
10. All requests (including checks) received after the official close of the raffle will not be included in the drawing.
11. BMW CCA cannot accept ticket requests over the phone.
