Customer Reviews aka Love Notes
As part of the community vibe, your customers can choose to leave you a love note and rate their order from you as a seller. This helps to vet potential issues with certain sellers or buyers, but also instills confidence when choosing to purchase from a particular seller. This is where you can really shine, get your rating as close to 5 stars by improving the consumer experience.
3 Simple Ways to Improve Your Customer Rating!
1. Thank You Card
A personalized handwritten or typed thank you card can go a long way!
People like to know who they are doing business with and they want to know that they matter to you!
2. Packaging
I remember shipping my first order, I just threw the shoes in a box and sent them, well that buyer let me know that was not acceptable!
Think about the experience you are offering them. I like to equate it to opening presents on holidays, there is excitement, joy, and a little bit of suspense. Provide that experience and people will return!
3. Gifts
I literally mean to plan/budget for some type of giveaway with every purchase.
It can literally be anything, but something that matches the item being bought. For example, I advertised that I was giving away free shoe bags with every shoe sale. Sales went up and people were happy.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Take this time to improve your photography skills. It is extremely important, think about it, you wouldn’t spend your hard earned money on something that you can’t really see or that doesn’t look good in the photos.

Sharing is the foundation of the Poshmark community.
This helps you by being able to go out and get your customers.
Regular businesses can’t just pull customers into their store without spending money on ads.
You can just go and share someone’s closet and they are more than likely to come to your “closet” aka store to return the favor and may find something they like for themselves. Happens all the time!
